๐น Officer Level (Level 6)
- Bachelorโs degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience in:
- Water supply & sanitation
- Natural resource management
- Livelihood programs
- Planning & development
๐น Sub Engineer (Level 5)
- Diploma/Proficiency Certificate in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in:
- Survey, design & construction supervision
- Irrigation, WASH, and infrastructure projects
๐น Technical Assistant (Level 4)
- SEE/SLC with technical training (minimum 30 days) OR relevant certification
- Experience in:
- Water supply
- Agriculture / bioengineering
- Infrastructure support
๐น Natural Resource Assistant
- Diploma in Agriculture or Forestry
- Minimum 3 years experience in project implementation
๐น Social Mobilizer
- SEE/SLC or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in:
- Social mobilization
- Community development
- Livelihood and WASH programs
