The Field Mobilizer will work primarily at the community level and report directly to the Project Officer, under close supervision of the Director and Chapter President. The role focuses on effective field-level project implementation, coordination with stakeholders, and mobilization of youth, children, and persons with disabilities.

  • Support the Project Officer in planning and implementing field-level project activities
  • Organize and facilitate youth leadership, SRHR, and CSE sessions
  • Coordinate with OPDs, schools, health facilities, youth groups, and local stakeholders
  • Identify and support youth champions and peer educators
  • Conduct community outreach and household visits promoting disability-inclusive practices
  • Support distribution of IEC materials in accessible formats
  • Mobilize children, youth, parents, teachers, and health workers for project activities
  • Prepare regular field progress reports, photos, participation data, and case stories
  • Assist in basic monitoring, documentation, and data collection
  • Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and ethical standards
  • Provide logistical support for trainings, workshops, and field events
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Officer or Chapter Office

๐ŸŽ“ Job Specifications / Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree completed or currently pursuing in Public Health, Social Science, Education, Development Studies, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in community mobilization, youth engagement, or development projects (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of SRHR, CSE, youth issues, and disability inclusion
  • Experience working with children, youth, and persons with disabilities is highly desirable
  • Ability to prepare simple reports and maintain project records
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within project areas
  • Fluency in Nepali and basic English (local languages are an advantage)
  • Knowledge of sign language or accessible communication is a plus
  • Strong commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and rights-based approaches
