Position Overview

When
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Nepali
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities
- Develop annual targets aligned with strategic goals and student needs
- Design and deliver engaging classes for students and teachers
- Manage teaching resources to meet school improvement plans
- Monitor and support classroom teaching processes
- Build partnerships between home, school, and community
- Conduct teacher/facilitator training and orientations for children
- Ensur
- Lead professional development activities for staff
- AND
- Prepare monthly progress and financial reports for line manager
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Child Rights and Child Protection Policy
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Creativity and ability to work collaboratively
- Result-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in teaching and teacher training
