1️⃣ Branch Incharge (Up to Officer Level)
📍 Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in a relevant subject
- Mandatory experience in Banks & Financial Institutions (BFLs)
- Strong ability to check credit appraisals, assess risks & make lending decisions
- Excellent judgment, business sense, and attention to detail
- Ability to lead, motivate and achieve given targets
- Capable of working under pressure with confidence and assertiveness
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
2️⃣ IT Department (Assistant Level)
📍 Work Station: Head Office (Lalitpur)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in CBS (PUMORI) preferred
- Familiar with SQL Language and NRB licensed BFI systems
- Knowledge of card center, mobile banking, IPS, and digital banking solutions
- Strong problem-solving & continuous improvement mindset
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years
3️⃣ Admin Department (Assistant Level)
📍 Work Station: Head Office
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Computer literacy & good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
4️⃣ Credit Department (Assistant Level)
📍 Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
- Experience in BFLs preferred
- Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment & lending decisions
- Ability to learn credit processes and analysis
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
5️⃣ Operations Department (Assistant Level)
📍 Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject
- Proficiency in computer operation required
- Experience in BFLs preferred
- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years
🌟 Additional Skills Required
- Proficiency in English and Nepali (written & spoken)
- Strong marketing, communication & interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with office applications
