📌 Current Openings (Roster-Based)
🧭 1. Team Leader – 1 Position
Location: District HQ (with frequent travel)
Level: Mid to Senior-Level Management
Duration: 1 year (renewable)
Reports to: Executive Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and reporting of WASH and IWRM projects
- Ensure alignment with government and donor standards
- Coordinate with local authorities, WUSCs, and community groups
- Supervise and mentor field staff
- Represent ASTHA Nepal in district-level forums
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or Rural Development
- 3–5 years of experience in project leadership roles (preferably in WASH/Community Development)
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills
🎓 2. Training and Learning Coordinator – 1 Position
Location: District HQ (with field visits)
Level: Technical/Training Officer
Duration: 1 year (renewable)
Reports to: Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capacity building training programs for WUSCs and local officials
- Develop and facilitate workshops and institutional development plans
- Prepare manuals and training materials
- Monitor training impact and maintain proper documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Education, Social Work, or Rural Development
- 3+ years of experience in training and facilitation roles in WASH/IWRM projects
- Strong communication in Nepali and local dialects
- Understanding of Gender Equality, Social Inclusion (GESI) and child protection

💧 3. Water Resource Technical Coordinator – 1 Position
Location: Field Base or District HQ
Level: Technical Expert
Duration: 1 year (renewable)
Reports to: Team Leader
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance for WASH infrastructure projects
- Oversee design, estimation, and quality control of drinking water schemes
- Ensure adherence to engineering and environmental standards
- Support WUSCs with technical inputs and supervision
- Maintain construction logs and technical documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Water Resources Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in water supply and sanitation projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BOQ, MS Excel, and engineering standards
