Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily sales operations of the team
- Support sales staff in achieving both individual and branch sales targets
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to Area Sales Representatives (ASRs)
- Manage customer relationships to ensure repeat business and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer contracts
- Address customer complaints and queries efficiently
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales order execution
- Recruit and discipline ASRs as needed
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and sales teams

- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
