📘 About the SAHAYATRA-III Project
Implemented in Tilagupha Municipality and Subhakalika Rural Municipality, the SAHAYATRA-III Project (supported by Save the Children) focuses on:
- Ensuring children’s rights to education, protection, resilience, and SRHR
- Promoting inclusive participation, especially for vulnerable and rural children
- Strengthening child protection systems and encouraging child-led advocacy
🧾 Job Summary – Field Officer (CRG & CP)
The Field Officer will be responsible for implementing CRG and CP components under the SAHAYATRA-III project. The officer will work closely with local governments, child clubs, and community stakeholders to:
- Promote child protection, child rights governance, and safeguarding
- Facilitate meaningful child participation and advocacy in remote communities
- Support child-led campaigns against early marriage, abuse, and violence
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Organize community-level consultations and facilitate child club formation
- Conduct trainings, awareness campaigns, and local advocacy activities
- Coordinate with local government bodies, schools, and CRG/CP networks
- Monitor project activities, collect data, and prepare field reports
- Support referral mechanisms for child protection issues
- Guide child clubs and WCRCs on governance and advocacy tools
- Ensure all activities follow safeguarding and anti-harassment policies
🎓 Required Qualifications
Option A:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Education, Social Science, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Child Rights Governance and Child Protection (CRG & CP)
Option B:
- Intermediate Level (+2) in relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of proven field experience in CRG & CP programs

💼 Salary & Benefits
