Minimum Qualification

Applicants must meet one of the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree (or equivalent) with at least 6 years of experience in a bank or financial institution at the level of Assistant Manager, Manager, or above, including experience as a Department Head.

OR

  • A professional qualification such as Chartered Accountancy (CA) or a Master’s Degree in Management, Banking & Finance, Monetary Economics, Commerce, Accountancy, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Public Administration.

OR

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Law with at least 10 years of experience in a bank or financial institution.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

  • Served as a Department Head or Company Secretary in a bank or financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of Nepal Rastra Bank regulations and directives.
  • Experience in the microfinance sector.
  • Good leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in information technology and digital banking tools.

Age Limit

Applicants must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.
  • Not exceed 45 years of age as of the application deadline.
