Educational Qualification

Applicants must have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector or development projects.

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

  • Experience using Kobo Toolbox, Microsoft Excel, and SPSS
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of Nepal’s education system and policies
  • Monitoring and evaluation experience
  • Report writing skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to travel regularly for field monitoring

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the project’s MEAL Plan
  • Monitoring project performance and impact
  • Preparing and maintaining project databases
  • Designing baseline, midline, endline surveys, and feedback tools
  • Conducting regular monitoring visits to schools and communities
  • Collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data
  • Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Preparing donor reports and project documentation
  • Documenting case studies, success stories, photos, and videos
  • Organizing M&E capacity-building sessions for project staff
  • Coordinating with project teams to monitor outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators
