Educational Qualification
Applicants must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the education sector or development projects.
Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Experience using Kobo Toolbox, Microsoft Excel, and SPSS
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of Nepal’s education system and policies
- Monitoring and evaluation experience
- Report writing skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to travel regularly for field monitoring
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the project’s MEAL Plan
- Monitoring project performance and impact
- Preparing and maintaining project databases
- Designing baseline, midline, endline surveys, and feedback tools
- Conducting regular monitoring visits to schools and communities
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting project data
- Developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Preparing donor reports and project documentation
- Documenting case studies, success stories, photos, and videos
- Organizing M&E capacity-building sessions for project staff
- Coordinating with project teams to monitor outputs, outcomes, and impact indicators
