Job Responsibilities
The Resource Coordination Assistant works under the supervision of the Resource Coordination Specialist and manages administrative activities of the Public Affairs Section.
Main duties include:
- Managing administrative and program coordination tasks
- Supporting grants administration and program budgeting
- Tracking program expenditures and financial records
- Managing Time & Attendance records of employees
- Handling travel arrangements, vouchers, and representation activities
- Coordinating section calendars and schedules
- Serving as the primary contact for visitors and inquiries
- Providing high-quality customer service and administrative support
Education Requirements
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
Option 1
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Public Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative services, procurement, customer service, or event management.
Option 2
- At least 2 years of college education
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in administrative services, procurement, customer service, or events management.
Required Experience
Candidates must have progressively responsible experience in:
- Administrative services
- Procurement or logistics
- Customer service
- Event management
Language Requirements
Applicants must have strong language skills:
- Fluent English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
- Fluent Nepali (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
