Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., a national-level microfinance financial institution licensed under category “D” by Nepal Rastra Bank, invites applications from qualified Nepali citizens for the following positions at its various branch offices within the institution’s working areas.
Eligible and interested candidates are requested to submit their application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice either in person at the central office, by post (P.O. Box No. 19270), or via email at vacancy.mlbsl@gmail.com.

Application Requirements:
Candidates must submit the following documents along with the completed application form:
- Updated Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Copies of academic certificates
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Copies of training and experience certificates (if applicable)
- Two recent passport-size photographs
Vacancy Details
Minimum Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Candidates must have passed SLC or SEE with a minimum 1.6 GPA from a recognized educational institution or board.
- For Advertisement No. 4/2081/82, candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in conducting and managing center meetings in microfinance institutions.

- Types of Examination:
Written Test / Practical Computer Test / Field Concept Interview - Age Limit:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceeding 35 years. For female candidates, the upper age limit is extended by 5 years. - Salary and Benefits:
As per the rules and regulations of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. - Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be published on the official website: www.mlbsl.com.np and on the office notice board with details about exam dates, time, and venue. - Appointment Procedure:
- For Advertisement No. 4/2081/82: Successful candidates will be appointed on a 6-month probation period. During this time, full salary and benefits will be provided as per company rules. Permanent appointment will be based on satisfactory performance during probation.
- For Advertisement No. 5/2081/82: Successful candidates will undergo 6 months of training, during which only a training allowance will be provided. Based on satisfactory performance, they may be appointed on a 6-month probation period thereafter.
- Examination Fee:
Shortlisted candidates must deposit an exam fee of NPR 500 in the name of Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. at NIC ASIA BANK LTD., Bagbazar, Kathmandu.

Submission of the deposit receipt is mandatory. - Orientation Training:
Selected candidates must participate in a mandatory 15-day orientation training conducted by the institution before assuming their duties.
