📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact person for all HR-related activities including recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance
  • Prepare official HR documents such as appointment letters, job descriptions, confirmations, promotions, and experience letters
  • Ensure compliance with HR bylaws, internal policies, and labor regulations
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Monitor, calculate, and disburse staff benefits and allowances
  • Prepare documentation for staff loan disbursement and salary advance settlements
  • Daily monitoring of attendance reports (Head Office & Branch Offices)
  • Prepare monthly delay calculation reports as per HR attendance policy
  • Develop annual force leave plans in coordination with department heads
  • Manage staff travel orders and settlement bills as per travel policy
  • Prepare monthly payroll using HR software
  • Upload CIT, Gratuity, and Provident Fund details on respective government portals
  • Maintain and regularly update HR software and staff records
  • Prepare HR memos and settlement documents for resigned employees
  • Develop and implement an annual training calendar
  • Coordinate staff training programs with department heads
  • Liaise with HR outsourcing vendors and staff uniform suppliers
