๐ Job Responsibilities
1. Market Representative
- Promote cooperative financial services
- Conduct field visits and client acquisition
- Member mobilization and customer support
- Assist in collections, documentation, and reporting
- Represent the cooperative in the assigned market areas
2. Market Inspector
- Supervise and monitor market representatives
- Conduct client verification and market assessment
- Manage loan evaluation and follow-up
- Prepare daily/weekly reports and maintain records
- Support financial operations and compliance activities
