🧩 Your Role as Operations Assistant

The Operations Assistant will support administrative operations, documentation, mission coordination, and office management at the Nepal Resident Mission (NRM).

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, format, and manage official correspondence and documents in compliance with ADB standards.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes, maintain logs, and ensure timely distribution.
  • Provide front desk and reception support, including telephone handling and visitor coordination.
  • Maintain organized office filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in compiling reports, retrieving files, and processing documentation.
  • Support ADB staff in printing, photocopying, and scanning tasks.
  • Provide logistical and coordination support for ADB missions.
  • Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, events, and conferences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (experience in international organizations preferred).
