1. Position: Chief Risk Officer โ Risk Department
Position Level: Officer Level
Required Number: 1
General Requirements
- Minimum Bachelorโs Degree in Management from a recognized university.
- CA / Semi-CA / ACCA candidates will be given priority.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, currently working at least one level below in any Bank or Financial Institution.
- Strong knowledge of:
- NRB Directives
- Banking Operations
- Operational, Credit & Overall Risk Assessment
- Age: Not exceeding 40 years as of 3rd December 2025.
2. Position: Officer โ Planning and Development Department
Position Level: Supervisor to Officer Level
Required Number: 1
General Requirements
- Masterโs degree in Management, Finance, Economics, or CA/Semi-CA/ACCA preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a banking or financial institution.
- Proven capability in:
- Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Business Analysis
- Project Management
- Policy Formulation & Development
- Institutional Strengthening
- Strong understanding of Nepalese banking regulations, NRB Directives, industry trends, and banking risk assessment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years as of 3rd December 2025.
