๐ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct branch-wise internal audits ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assess the effectiveness of internal control systems and risk management frameworks.
- Prepare, review, and present detailed audit reports with findings and actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate financial transactions and operational procedures to identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with management to enhance internal governance and operational efficiency.
- Assist in updating and developing audit programs, methodologies, and audit procedures.
๐ Required Qualifications & Experience
- Pursuing CA or ACCA (Semi-qualified candidates are highly preferred).
- Bachelorโs degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or relevant fields (added advantage).
- Minimum 2 years of auditing experience, preferably in insurance, banking, or financial institutions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial compliance, and internal control systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/audit software.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Willingness to travel for branch audits across Nepal.
