🎓 Required Qualifications
1. Finance & Internal Audit Officer:
- Semi Qualified CA or Master’s degree in Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
2. IT Officer / Assistant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT-related work.
3. Assistant Trainee (Branch Offices):
- +2 (Proficiency Certificate Level) or equivalent.
- Preference for candidates with a driving license and computer skills.
- Must be willing to work in both rural and urban communities.
🧾 Additional Details
Work Area:
Assistant Trainee will be responsible for field-level work in assigned communities.
Age Limit (as of deadline):
- Officer Level: 21 to 40 years
- Assistant Level: 18 to 35 years
(Additional 5 years for female candidates)
Salary & Benefits:
- As per company rules.
- Assistant Trainee: NPR 25,000/month + communication allowance + health insurance.
Note:
Candidates with foreign educational certificates must submit equivalence proof from a recognized authority.
