🎓 Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or LLB in Law (or higher) from a recognized university.

💼 Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in legal firms, preferably related to banking, debt recovery, or corporate law.

📚 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in legal recovery and non-performing assets (NPA) management.
  • Prepare legal documentation and case reports.
  • Coordinate with legal advisors, courts, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and banking law standards.

🔍 Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Nepalese legal system, civil law, and debt recovery.
  • Excellent legal drafting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of banking operations and recovery processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
