Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- SQL Queries
- Networking (Routers, Switches, VPNs)
- Computer Hardware/Software Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Windows Administration and Office Packages
- Prior experience in IT operations within a microfinance or financial institution preferred
2. Junior Assistant (Field Operation)

Minimum Qualification:
- Proficiency Certificate Level / 10+2 or equivalent passed.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field operation within a microfinance institution is required.
Preference:
- Candidates with their own motorcycle/scooter will be given priority.
Age Limit:
- Minimum 18 years and maximum 30 years (up to 35 years for female candidates).
Nature of Employment:
- Candidates will be appointed on a 6-month probation period, and upon satisfactory performance, will be made permanent.
