- Lead and manage technical support and field operations teams ensuring top-quality enterprise services.
- Handle critical technical escalations in networking (Routing protocols, VLANs), optical networks (GPON, Active Fiber), and enterprise services (Wi-Fi, Networking).
- Directly engage with enterprise customers during escalations, ensuring service uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Refine SOPs and implement automation in ticketing systems to achieve SLA compliance.
- Track and analyze KPIs & team performance; prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, NOC, Logistics, Systems) and external partners to improve services.
- Provide ongoing training in technical, operational, and customer communication skills.
- Stay updated with latest telecom & ISP technologies to enhance service delivery.
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in technical operations/support management in telecommunications or ISP industry.
- Proven experience in leading multiple teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Excellent technical knowledge in networking & telecom technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills for handling complex customer escalations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering enterprise-grade customer service.
