Sipradi Trading Pvt. Ltd., the exclusive distributor of TATA Motors in Nepal, is looking for a Sales Executive in Birtamode to expand its commercial vehicle business (TATA I & LCV models). Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers (fleet operators, logistics companies, SMEs).
- Promote and explain product features, payload capacity, fuel efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of TATA commercial vehicles.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through field visits, corporate sales, and dealer networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and client presentations.
- Assist customers with finance, insurance, registration, and loan processing.
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Build lasting business relationships with transporters, institutions, and commercial clients.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in the automobile industry.
- Coordinate with service, spare parts, and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in tenders, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing campaigns to generate sales leads.
Job Specifications
- Education: +2 Completed / Bachelor’s Running
- Knowledge of sales functions and automobile market in Nepal
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
- Prior experience in automobile or commercial vehicle sales preferred
