🔑 Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise mobile patrols and residential guard posts.

- Operate security monitoring systems (GEMS), control panels, alarms, and radios.
- Assist shift supervisors in managing residential patrol programs.
🎓 Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: Completion of secondary school required.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in military, police, or as a security guard.
🌐 Language Requirements
- English: Limited knowledge (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
- Nepali: Good working knowledge (Speaking/Reading/Writing).
🛠️ Skills & Abilities
- Operate advanced security systems, alarms, and PA systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day, night, weekends, holidays).
- Must be physically fit to walk/stand for extended hours.
- Valid Class B driving license required.
