๐ Available Positions
1. Monitoring Officer / Officer Supervisor
- Advertisement No.: 01/082/83
- Level: Officer / Assistant
- Number Required: Few
- Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of responsible experience in microfinance or financial institution.
- For Assistant level: Proficiency Certificate Level with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. Branch Manager (Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant)

- Level: Assistant
- Number Required: Few
- Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree with at least 2 yearsโ experience in microfinance institution.
- Proficiency Certificate Level with at least 3 yearsโ relevant experience.
- SLC/SEE pass can also apply for Assistant level.
Preference:
- Computer proficiency & motorcycle driving license.
- Prior experience as Branch Manager in financial institutions.
- Applicants from Kathmandu Valley & nearby districts preferred.
- Willingness to work in rural & hilly areas.
3. Junior Assistant โ Trainee

- Level: Assistant
- Number Required: Few
- Minimum Qualification:
- SLC/SEE pass or equivalent from recognized institution.
- Preference for candidates with microfinance knowledge, two-wheeler driving license, and willingness to work in rural areas.

- Officer Level: 21 โ 40 years (up to 45 years for women).
- Assistant Level: 18 โ 35 years (up to 40 years for women).
