🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- BBA / MBA / Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance – ideally in FinTech, E-commerce, or related sectors.
📋 Finance Officer Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis.
- Daily analysis of financial transactions and account reconciliation (Group, Vendor, Customer, Bank, General Ledger).
- Assist in month-end and year-end closings.
- Support upgrades of financial systems and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics).
- Provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits.
- Handle VAT and TDS return filings.
💡 Key Skills & Tools Required:
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF/SUMIFS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems like SAP or MS Dynamics.
- Knowledge of GAAP/NFRS accounting standards.
- Strong analytical, time management, and teamwork skills.
