Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from enterprise clients and offer suitable product solutions.
- Develop customer mapping strategies and execute successful sales visits.
- Plan and implement sales initiatives and outreach activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Work with cross-functional teams to solve customer concerns and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Draft technical solution proposals and prepare quotations for services.
- Take on diverse roles within the sales department as needed.
- Ensure timely payment collection and manage customer receivables.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates with IT knowledge.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Professional, punctual, and able to follow company policies and culture.
