๐Ÿ›  Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor customer circuits 24/7 and handle technical issues in shift duties.
  • Handle inbound customer support calls and provide effective solutions.
  • Troubleshoot remotely or via field visits for issue resolution.
  • Initiate required action for customer requests and coordinate with branches/offices across Nepal.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to respective teams for quick resolution.
  • Manage customer support tickets during off-hours and holidays.
  • Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

๐ŸŽ“ Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelorโ€™s Degree (preferably in IT, Science, or Engineering).
  • At least 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet operations, TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, VPN, and Wireless Networking.
  • Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, or similar environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Nepali.
  • Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
