Position: Enterprise Support Representative

๐ Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor customer circuits 24/7 and handle technical issues in shift duties.
- Handle inbound customer support calls and provide effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot remotely or via field visits for issue resolution.
- Initiate required action for customer requests and coordinate with branches/offices across Nepal.
- Escalate unresolved issues to respective teams for quick resolution.
- Manage customer support tickets during off-hours and holidays.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
๐ Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Bachelorโs Degree (preferably in IT, Science, or Engineering).
- At least 6 months of experience in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Internet operations, TCP/IP, Routing Protocols, VPN, and Wireless Networking.
- Comfortable working in Windows, Linux, or similar environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Nepali.
- Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
