- Manage end-to-end cash management operations with accuracy and timeliness.

- Monitor daily cash balances and support liquidity management.
- Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards through documentation and reporting.
- Identify and resolve operational issues using strong technical knowledge of banking systems.
- Support process improvement and innovation for better customer service.
- Mentor and assist junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure integrity, collaboration, and customer focus in all operations.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Economics, etc.)
- Languages: Fluent in English and Nepali
- Key Competencies: Risk Management, Conduct Management, Operational Efficiency
