Location: Head Office, Kathmandu
Number of Positions: 2
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the non-life insurance sector at the managerial level with a focus on claims management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, claims processing, compliance standards, and customer service is essential.
- Ability to manage and guide teams while ensuring the efficient handling of insurance claims.
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory norms in the Nepalese insurance industry.

🔶 2. Chartered Accountant (CA)
Location: Head Office, Kathmandu
Number of Positions: 1
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have completed Chartered Accountancy (CA) from a reputed institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Knowledge of NFRS 17 (Nepal Financial Reporting Standard 17) is highly desirable.
- Should be capable of ensuring full compliance with internal policies, statutory regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and insurance-related financial reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

🔶 3. Assistant/Officer – Marketing
Location: Multiple Locations (Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley)

Eligibility Criteria:
- For Assistant Level: Minimum qualification is 10+2 (Intermediate).
- For Officer Level: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in insurance marketing or sales.
