About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing department. This is a key leadership position responsible for developing sales strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identify new markets and drive expansion initiatives
  • Set sales targets and forecasts; lead performance-driven campaigns

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
  • Cultivate a results-oriented, accountable team culture

Sales Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across sales verticals: Call Center, Channel Partners, Corporate Sales, etc.
  • Optimize pipelines, KPIs, and conversion rates
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align strategies
  • Present updates to leadership and contribute to strategic planning

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer insights
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the ISP industry
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
