About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing department. This is a key leadership position responsible for developing sales strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify new markets and drive expansion initiatives
- Set sales targets and forecasts; lead performance-driven campaigns
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching
- Cultivate a results-oriented, accountable team culture
Sales Operations
- Oversee daily operations across sales verticals: Call Center, Channel Partners, Corporate Sales, etc.
- Optimize pipelines, KPIs, and conversion rates
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align strategies
- Present updates to leadership and contribute to strategic planning
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and customer insights
- Use data to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the ISP industry
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision-making
