Position: Project Manager – Social Harmony and Protection (Women Only)

🔎 Job Purpose
The Project Manager will lead and provide technical support to ensure effective management of the Community Development Project under the Social Harmony and Protection theme in Surkhet.
✅ Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Conflict and Peace Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in NGO or INGO jobs in Nepal, particularly in working with faith leaders and interfaith communities to address social challenges.
- Strong understanding of socio-economic dynamics of Karnali Province and relevant government policies.
- Proven expertise in project planning, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, proposal writing, and partnership management.
- Experience in organising capacity-building workshops, training, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ability to work on sensitive socio-cultural issues with adaptability.
- Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Commitment to UMN’s values, willingness to learn, and ability to work in diverse cultural settings.
