🔹 1. Manager – IT Operations (Deputy Manager / Manager) – 1 Position

Job Summary:
The IT Manager will oversee NMB Bank’s IT infrastructure, core banking systems, and digital platforms, ensuring seamless operations, security, and compliance. The role requires leadership, project management, and technical expertise to drive the bank’s digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain core banking and digital systems.
  • Ensure high system availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
  • Implement cybersecurity policies and ensure ISO 27001 & PCI DSS compliance.
  • Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and penetration testing.
  • Lead and train IT staff to enhance technical capabilities.
  • Execute IT and fintech integration projects.
  • Recommend emerging technologies to improve operations and customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications: CISM, CISSP, ITIL, PMP preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of IT experience in banking/finance.
  • Strong knowledge of core banking systems, cybersecurity, and payment gateways.
  • Age: 25–50 years (not exceeding 50 as of the deadline).

🔹 2. AI & ML Engineer (Junior Officer / Officer / Senior Officer) – 1 Position

Job Summary:
The AI & ML Engineer will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for fraud detection, credit scoring, customer personalization, and back-office automation to support the bank’s data-driven transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design ML models for fraud prevention and credit scoring.
  • Build AI-based banking solutions and recommendation systems.
  • Analyze big data for customer behavior and risk prediction.
  • Deploy NLP models for chatbots and sentiment analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain ML models ensuring compliance with regulations.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Secure banking applications and APIs against threats.
  • Develop cybersecurity frameworks (PCI DSS, GDPR, PSD2).
  • Collaborate with IT, risk, and compliance teams for fraud prevention.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience with SIEM tools, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and endpoint systems.
