Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Managerial Level:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the microfinance sector, including 2 years at the senior officer level or 4 years at the officer level.
- OR Postgraduate in Law with minimum 4 years of experience in banks/financial institutions or law firms, with an advocate license.
- Officer Level:
- Bachelor’s in Commerce with at least 3-4 years of audit-related experience.
- OR CA/ACCA qualified with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- OR Law graduate with 1-3 years of experience in financial institutions or law firms and an advocate license.
- Assistant Level:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of experience in microfinance for assistant posts.
- SLC/SEE passed with minimum 4-5 years of experience for supervisor positions.
- Proficiency Certificate Level passed candidates need at least 2 years of experience.
- Preference to candidates with two-wheeler license.
- Trainee Assistant:
- SLC/SEE passed.
- Preference to candidates with two-wheeler and local residents of branch locations.
Age Limit:
- Managerial Level: 21 to 58 years
- Officer Level: 21 to 40 years
- Assistant Level: 18 to 35 years
- Note: Female candidates will receive a 5-year upper age relaxation for Officer and Assistant levels.
