📌 Available Positions

1. Senior Assistant (Accounts & Finance Department)

  • Category: Assistant Level
  • No. of Vacancy: 1
  • Qualification:
    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in microfinance, OR
    • +2 (Intermediate) with 3 years’ microfinance experience.
  • Preference: Experience in central office departments.

2. Assistant

  • Category: Assistant Level
  • No. of Vacancy: 3
  • Qualification:
    • +2 or equivalent with 2 years’ work experience as Junior Assistant in microfinance.
  • Preference: Willing to work in rural field areas.

3. Junior Assistant

  • Category: Assistant Level
  • No. of Vacancy: 2
  • Qualification:
    • SLC/SEE or equivalent with 1 year microfinance experience.
    • +2 graduates will be given preference.
  • Preference: Willing to work in rural field areas.

  • Age Limit: 18–35 years (40 years for female candidates).
