1. 🧠 Research / Portfolio Management Services / Mutual Fund / SIF – Officer Level [4 Positions]
✅ Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MBA/MBS) in Finance, Economics, or Management from a recognized institution
OR professional qualifications such as CA / ACCA / CFA. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within investment banking, portfolio research, or related financial services.
- Deep understanding of:
- Nepalese capital markets
- Risk-return & equity research analysis
- Investment banking, private equity & venture capital
- Skilled in:
- Financial modeling
- Due diligence
- Projection analysis
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
2. 💼 Business Development / Finance and Accounts – Officer Level [2 Positions]
✅ Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- CA / ACCA / CFA or Semi-qualified CA preferred (especially for Finance & Accounts Department).
- Applicants applying for Business Development should preferably have a marketing specialization.
- Strong command of:
- Accounting principles
- Taxation & financial regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
3. 📊 Portfolio Management Services / Mutual Fund – Assistant Level [2 Positions]
✅ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in portfolio services or mutual fund operations.
- Sound knowledge of:
- Capital markets
- PMS structure & mutual fund regulations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills in both English and Nepali.
