Job Vacancy: HR and Finance Administrator – WorldLink Communications Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR focal point at branch level: handle recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, and exit processes in coordination with RHO.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave balances, payroll reports, and performance management documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Communicate HR policies, updates, and guidelines effectively to branch staff.
  • Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and employee welfare initiatives with branch heads and RHO.
  • Record, verify, reconcile, and document all financial transactions accurately.
  • Coordinate with RFO for monthly financial reporting, budget monitoring, and expense reconciliation.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliation of TDS/VDS receivables at branch level.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including daily sales, petty cash, bank verification, and journal vouchers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, audits, and statutory obligations.
  • Support MIS preparation, monitoring, and cost optimization efforts.
  • Manage vendor onboarding and timely vendor payments.
  • Oversee branch logistics operations, procurement, inventory management, and warehouse reporting.
  • Conduct inventory projections to ensure timely receipt and return of items.
  • Notify the regional and head office teams for insurance-related matters.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field with minimum 1 year of experience or Intermediate with 5 years of experience in HR/Finance roles. (For external candidates, BBA/BBS/BBM preferred)
  • Knowledge of HR and financial management practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR/Finance software.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and financial data.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
