Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. invites applications from qualified, experienced, and interested Nepali citizens for the following positions:

📌 Available Positions:

1. Senior Officer – Few
2. Assistant – Few
3. Junior Assistant – Few
4. Trainee Assistant – Few

📘 Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Senior Officer: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or Certificate level passed with 4 years of experience. Priority will be given to candidates with loan recovery experience.
• Assistant: Certificate level passed with at least 4 years of experience in a microfinance institution.
• Junior Assistant: Certificate level passed with 1 year of experience or SLC/SEE passed with at least 2 years of experience in microfinance.
• Trainee Assistant: SLC/SEE passed. Basic computer skills required and willingness to work in rural areas.

📝 Selection Process:

• Interview (for all positions)
• Written test (for some positions)

⚠️ Additional Requirements:

• Age Limits:
  • For Senior Officer: 18 to 40 years
  • For others (2 to 5): 18 to 35 years
  • Female candidates are eligible for an additional 5-year age relaxation.
• Candidates with a valid driving license will be given priority.
