🌍 About the Project
FAIRMED Nepal is implementing the Sankalpa Project, focusing on improving health and well-being of marginalized communities and those affected by neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). The project ensures inclusive healthcare access in Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, and Saptari districts.
To strengthen project delivery, we are looking for a qualified Finance and Admin Officer based in Biratnagar.
📌 Major Job Responsibilities
1. Finance Management
- Handle financial transactions, bookkeeping, and voucher preparation.
- Prepare periodic budget forecasts and conduct expenditure analysis.
- Monitor budget utilization across FAIRMED and partner NGOs.
- Guide the project team on government financial regulations, taxation, and audit compliance.
2. Administration
- Develop and implement the annual procurement plan.
- Maintain inventory records and oversee asset management.
- Manage HR-related tasks at the project office.
- Arrange logistics (ticketing, vehicle hire, hotel booking, training venues, etc.).
3. Logistics & Procurement
- Ensure transparent procurement and supplier management.
- Supervise transportation, equipment, and event arrangements.
- Support the logistics framework in coordination with the Country Office.
🎓 Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Business Administration (Accounting/Finance/Auditing) or semi-qualified ACCA/CA with 3 years of experience.
- OR Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in finance, admin, and logistics.
- Experience in development/NGO projects preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
