🔹 Key Responsibilities
Inbound Call Support:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and actions taken.
- Provide correct product and service information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and follow support protocols.
Social Media Support:
- Respond to customer questions and concerns via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Deliver quick, clear, and helpful responses aligned with brand tone.
- Document all interactions and follow up where needed.
- Monitor feedback, identify common issues, and report to the team.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to social media engagement policies.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- For Inbound Support: Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- For Social Media Support: At least 6 months of customer support experience is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, e-banking, and fintech services is preferred.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Tech-savvy with a problem-solving attitude and a customer-first mindset.
