Eligibility Criteria:
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university with at least second division marks.
Experience Required:
- Junior Officer Level: Minimum 5 years of experience in credit functions at BFIs licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
- Supervisor Level: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Assistant/Senior Assistant Level: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Professional Skills:
- Sound knowledge of credit appraisal, banking operations, customer service, and marketing.
- Familiarity with NRB directives, guidelines, and circulars is essential.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Age Limit (as of the application deadline):
- Junior Officer Level: Not exceeding 40 years
- Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor Level: Not exceeding 30 years
