Notice Regarding Application Call for Contract-Based Municipal Teachers and Municipal Police Personnel

This notice has been published by the Office of Balwa Municipality to inform all concerned individuals about the requirement of contract-based staff for the positions of Municipal Teachers for various community schools under the municipality and Municipal Police personnel for the municipality. Interested Nepali citizens who meet the minimum educational qualifications are invited to submit their applications within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, during office hours.
Applicants must deposit the application fee in the Internal Revenue Account No. 1270100301010002 at Rastriya Banijya Bank, Balwa Municipality, and submit the original deposit voucher along with the application.

Additional Information
- Age Limit:
- For both Municipal Teachers and Municipal Police Constables: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 40 years.
- Exception: The age limit does not apply (for one time only) to those teachers already working under private sources in Balwa Municipality.

- Application Deadline:
- Applications must be submitted by 2082/02/27 during office hours.
- Documents to be Submitted with Application:
- Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate (self-attested)
- Copy of Academic Qualification Mark Sheets/Certificates (self-attested)
- Copy of Character Certificate
- Copy of Teaching License (for teacher applicants only)
- Work Experience Certificate (if applicable)
- Three (3) recent passport-sized photographs
- Date and Venue of Examination:

- Remuneration and Benefits:
- As per the contract agreement or as determined by the Municipal Executive or Municipal Assembly.
- Selection Procedure:
- For Municipal Teachers: Written examination followed by interview.
- For Municipal Police Constables: Physical fitness test followed by interview.
- Additional procedures as per the “Municipal Teacher Management Procedure, 2081” and “Municipal Police Management Procedure, 2081” of Balwa Municipality.
- Educational Qualifications:
- For Municipal Teachers: As per Rule 9 of the Teachers Service Commission Regulations, 2057, including amendments.
- For Municipal Police Constables: Must have passed at least Grade 8 from a recognized educational institution.
