- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Personal vehicle with a valid bluebook
- Must reside within or near Kalanki
📌 Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular field visits to recover company assets or settle accounts
- Maintain professional conduct while interacting with clients
- Meet daily targets for calls and field visits
- Report and document visit details and client responses
- Develop in-depth understanding of internet service market and Vianet products
- Provide appropriate solutions based on customer concerns
- Build long-term rapport with clients to reduce future defaults
