🔎 Position Details:
- Job Title: Finance Associate
- Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
- Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Contract
- Reports To: Head of Finance/Operations – Nepal

🧾 Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily accounting and bookkeeping operations.
- Ensure compliance with Nepal’s financial regulations and tax laws.
- Assist partner organizations with financial reporting and audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Provide financial capacity-building support to partners and teams.
- Use accounting software like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to manage budgets, reporting, and reconciliation.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Nepali citizen residing in Nepal.
- Master’s degree in Business Studies/Administration or a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in I/NGOs, donor-funded projects, or government offices.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations in Nepal.
- Experience with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Proficient in English and Nepali, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Passion for community development and commitment to Adara’s mission.
