Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Associate to join our Enterprise Department in Janakpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth project execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to inquiries from enterprise clients with appropriate product and service offerings.
- Identify and map potential customers; develop and implement strategies for customer visits and successful deal closures.
- Plan and execute enterprise sales activities aligned with business targets.
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues and project delivery.
- Prepare technical proposals, sales quotations, and customized solutions based on client needs.
- Participate in various roles across the sales department as required.
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Technology, or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 1 year of experience.
- Working knowledge of IT products and services is an added advantage.
- Must possess good command over English and Nepali—both spoken and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Should be punctual, professional, and committed to following company policies.
- Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
