✨ Position Overview:
As a Market Research Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of research programs, assist in analyzing market trends, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies for both existing and new pharmaceutical products in Nepal.
🎓 Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum +2 completed (Science or Management); Bachelor’s running preferred
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer literacy is a must
📝 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing detailed market research plans in coordination with supervisors and reviewers
- Contribute to the preparation of annual research schedules, budgets, pharmacy selection, survey tools, and data entry modules
- Conduct field research to gather insights on customer needs, product performance, and market trends
- Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data from selected pharmacies
- Provide regular updates and field visit reports to the supervisor and reviewer
- Monitor pharmaceutical industry news, competitor activity, and regulatory updates
- Identify market gaps and propose new strategies or products based on research findings
- Extract and manage IQVIA data on molecules and therapeutic segments as required
- Prepare and assist in the presentation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual brand performance reports
- Submit monthly work reports by the first week of each Nepali month
- Participate in ongoing learning and development initiatives to enhance personal and team performance
