📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day branch operations in line with company policies
- Handle HR, sales, customer service, and admin tasks at the branch
- Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
- Design and implement local sales and marketing strategies
- Improve subscriber acquisition, retention, and overall brand presence
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategic improvements
- Drive local campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand awareness
- Recruit, mentor, and lead the branch team for high performance
