🎓 Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in both branch operations and credit functions.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a recognized Bank or Financial Institution (BFI).
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Age Limit:
- Officer Level: Up to 40 years
- Supervisor Level: Up to 35 years
- Must possess a valid Driving License.
