๐ Minimum Qualification and Experience
Officer Level:
- Masterโs Degree or equivalent; or Bachelorโs Degree with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Monitoring / Cluster Head:
- Bachelorโs Degree with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Preference for candidates experienced in supervision, credit, or monitoring departments.
Assistant Officer / Branch Head:
- Bachelorโs Degree with 2 years of experience in microfinance or financial institutions; or Proficiency Certificate Level with 3 years of experience in a lower position.
Senior/Junior Assistant:
- Minimum Proficiency Certificate Level or SEE with 2 years of related field experience.
- Motorcycle driving license preferred.

- Experience in microfinance, credit, or field supervision.
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet, Nepali typing).
- Willingness to work in rural and remote areas outside Kathmandu Valley.
- Candidates with their own vehicle and valid driving license are given priority.
