- Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferably in Management, Business, or related field).
- 5+ years of proven experience in Sales and Managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with the ability to achieve business targets.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
📌 Job Duties & Responsibilities
As a Regional Manager at Vianet, you will play a key role in driving regional growth, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring smooth operations across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR & Administration tasks within assigned regions.
- Driving regional growth, financial performance, and optimizing EBITDA.
- Expanding market presence through competitor insights and promotional activities.
- Enhancing customer retention, service quality, and customer experience.
- Leading sales monitoring, talent development, and effective policy implementation.
- Conducting site visits, managing assets, and maintaining government/stakeholder relations.
- Identifying and evaluating new business expansion opportunities.
