✅ Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Information Systems, or Information Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network operation or IT infrastructure management
- Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Ability to work under pressure, flexible with field visits (IV/OV) and rotational shifts (24×7 support)
🔧 Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency) to ensure maximum uptime
- Identify, escalate, and resolve IT and network issues within SLA
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes under SOP guidelines
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support & troubleshooting for escalated issues
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams and clients to maintain Network KPI and KRA as per company goals
- Configure and install various network devices and services
- Remain available for on-call emergency support as required
