🎯 Position Purpose
We are hiring a Marketing Officer to expand our market presence and drive direct sales through outreach, promotional campaigns, and strategic partnerships. This is a field-based role perfect for someone passionate about food marketing, public engagement, and sales growth.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔸 Sales & Outreach
- Lead door-to-door product marketing in schools, markets, clinics, and communities.
- Organize product demos, tastings, and awareness events to boost sales and visibility.
- Convert outreach into consistent revenue streams.
🔸 Institutional Collaboration
- Work with schools, municipalities, and NGOs to include Vertex products in nutrition programs.
- Provide age-specific, tailored food solutions.
🔸 Marketing Campaigns
- Help design and deliver promotional campaigns (digital + offline).
- Ensure strong brand presence at local events, expos, and campaigns.
🔸 Consumer Feedback & Market Research
- Collect consumer feedback and competitor analysis for product improvement.
- Submit regular reports on sales trends and customer satisfaction.
🔸 Client Relationship & Business Growth
- Build lasting partnerships with vendors, retail partners, and community stakeholders.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Marketing/Management with 2+ years of experience or Bachelor’s with 4+ years in field marketing/sales.
- Background in Food Technology or Nutrition is a plus.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills (English and Nepali).
- Must be tech-savvy with MS Office and digital platforms.
- Two-wheeler driving license required.
